Assembling investors for a Tourism Infrastructure project in Regional Japan Naturally, since this is a prospective project , we wont be revealing specifics; We have 20 High Net Wealth investors who have expressed interest in being seed investors in a project which adds significantly to a community whose focus has been clearly evidenced by Japan Government spending initiatives. Each of these investors has agreed, in principle, to invest JPY 50,000,000 each. The total size of the project will be in excess of JPY 1,745,000,000Progress to date includes site acquisition & meetings with city level Mayoral Office to explain the project & preliminary concept diagrams;

Investors will be rewarded in a combination of running yield of approximately 3%-5% p.a. & capital growth. In addition, a premium for any project buy-out by a larger offshore/ local investor has been calculated and included in our arrangement with initial investors
